Renovation and Addition:
This 60 year old building is used by the National Guard as well as the community; each have differing requirements. A space utilization/programming study was completed to determine the most effective space distribution, and determine what would be required to meet current Building Codes, Life Safety, and accessibility code requirements. The project included the gutting and renovation of most of the building interior and an addition in order to provide for optimum space utilization and Code updates including accessibility. New mechanical and electrical systems were also provided. Exterior improvements included numerous site upgrades.
